help me, my p2k program crashes

ok i have a moto v323i CDMA and everytime i get it to connected to the p2k programs; the program crashes...i dont know what to do. i've tried p2ktools, p2kman, p2k commander, & motomidman; they all crash and i dont know what to do. someone help me plz!
