W510 moddig for specific feature: possible?

Hi all,
I've buyed a new W510 but suddendly I discover a problem on personal ringtones: if you assigne a personal ringtone to a contact ( for example a song ), the same is used both for incoming call and incoming SMS.
This make it pretty unusable, as ringtone for calls and SMS are usually very different in leght.
I've tryed to ask directly to Motorola support, but they are not interested in correct this feature.
So I'm here to ask if there is any way to correct this feature with modding ( I mean allow to use person ringtone assigned to single contacts for calls but still continue to use default ringtone for SMS ).

In details:
- I have found some tutorials about removing RSA, but they aren't specifically for W510 ( still there isn't a section about this phone ): which moto phone is pretty similar to W510, so which guides may I consider for a test ?
- one's done that, how may I find the part of the code responsible for the modding I ask and how may I modify that ?

It hasnt been done for W510.... When L9 RSA is cracked, W510 will be shortly after it
