Bluetooth issues

So, my L9 has bluetooth which I'm able to send and receive files with. I had assumed that Find Me is supposed to locate other bluetooth devices within a given range, however, mine doesn't seem able to find anything! I'd be grateful if anyone could enlighten me, thanks!

Find Me lets other bluetooth enabled phones to "see" you. Basically your phone is discoverable for 3 mins. the way to send a file is to go to the folder like sounds or pics choose the thing you want to send press options->send->via Bluetooth. Then your phone would ask you "temporarily switch on bluetooth" if bluetooth is off and then you press "[Look for devices]" and look for the phone you want to send the file to then you can send the file. Didn't you even read the manual when you bought the phone its kinda in there I think but hope this helps

ALSO, i dont know how many of you have an L7 or even a lower version bt device BUT i have noticed that my L72 will not pickup my L7 nor my v551...so keep that in mind as well:thumbsup:

Thanks, that explains it. I did read the manual but it's in Greek and it didn't explain it all all well or in fact at all!

thats not true, my l9 picked up my friends v3 and it also picked up my l6, when I still had it, so there can't be anything wrong with the bluetooth unless the prob is with your phone itself...

there could be...i haven't a clue, but i have yet to hear of anyone say whether their L7 or v551 being pickedup...:D

if it dosn't restart phone
