How to flash EM30 software???

My EM30 software is error and on the screen appear text "code corrupt & it's oc to transfer in usb mode" so how to fix my software??
I don't know the step and the computer didn't detect the em30 even I have plug the USB to my comp?? Is there any software 2 flash this? and how 2 use it? thx alot^^

I had the same problem and i flashed a new FW.

And it works.

I use automatic updated and then at the middle process I choose data connection ---> my phone get blank... Can you tell me the step 2 flash my phone and what software needed?? thx..
