Sorry mate, not possible yet. There is some info in the forum about your phone but all which is know so far is that a backup with FB3 is possible if you add the loader and profile http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46447 some info in that thread. vermsky seems the best informed here so far. :(

Hello,

This is my first post and I´m a newbie. :)

I also got a locked and flashed V3re from VIVO (in Brazil). The problem is that VIVO is new to GSM and the reception signal is not good in my area. I unlocked the phone and now I´m using another GSM chip and the phone calls works fine, but I cannot send MMS or access email or WAP in this phone because there is nowhere to set the new phone carrier server address on the phone´s options.

I did download the file R3442A unlocked available at http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=7256 and used FB3.0.7 to flash . The phone stop working. Fortunately I did the backup before and I could restore the phone back to normal...

My phone type is: V3re
S/W version R3442A_G_0E.42.05R
DSP S/W version: 63393900
Bootloader: 0C.C1
Flex version: GSTRAZOR06VIVBRLA0D1

Is there any good news on how to turn this phone to a generic, unbranded and resourceful device?

Regards.

If Its T-Mobile Service You Have You Can Go To There Website And There Is A Section Where You Can Enter Your Phone Number And Send Your Phone The Needed Data For MMS T-Zones And T-Mobile Internet...The Guide On There Will Tell You What To Do They Will Send A Multimedia Text To Your Phone For Each Of The Processes In Which You Will Enter The Code The Website Generates Then Your UnBranded V3re Will Have All The T-mobile Stuff Without The Ugly Pink "T"'s

With the code from the provider, or with expensive toys , like Smart clip.

funny story, I am a tmobile customer. I picked up a cingular v3re, called tmobile, and they unlocked it for me so I could use it with thier network.

that's what I call customer service.

AT&T will freely give unlock codes as long as you have been a good standing customer for at least 3 months. According to others this is not the case with other providers including T-Mob. Customers have called T-Mob and been promised the code but never received it according to several different accounts I can recall. I believe this is in fear of customers going to other providers. In your case its different because they wanted to unlock it for you to use with them. I can see in that situation were they would be a bit more willing to release the code. :)
