I got my hands on a Razr V3re from AT&T... I would like use it on T-Mobile... I've read around that people unlocked it with either an unlocked Monster Pack , Downgraded Boot loader, and other doing Test Points... Alot is unknown about this phone... But I'm guessing heres the place to go...

This is what the Bootloader Reads

Boot Loader
OC.F4
SW VERSION:
R3442A_G_OE.43.0AR....

The guy that had it before me Flashed it with a Unbranded MP..I'm guessing it just removes any signs of the Carrier but the Sim Restriction is still on.:(

You'll have to do testpoint and then flash an unlocked FW.

Not going to work, but you may as well try, you won't hurt it.

I think what it's trying to say is ground the testpoint that is connected with a line.
It is very simple, it might take it a few tries to get it to blank but after all it's easy. It's pretty hard to brick the board when doing testpoint, as far as I know. Just don't short it or damage it.
If that testpoint doesn't work, try with the other ones.

All of the red dots are TP locations. Ground any of them and they will put you in S Blank Neptune LTE2. Except one of the locations doesn't seem to exist. That tells you something about the reliability of the information.

No offense to anybody, but this isn't going to work. You can TP all day long and it won't unlock that V3re. But trying isn't going to hurt the V3re. There's almost no risk. Only real risk is physically damaging the motherboard.

There are many threads about that in the v3re section, just ahve a look around. It isn't possible via Testpoint. You need the Code, or an expensive Box, like the smartclip.

Yes Hagan, nobody here or in South America, or in the east, has been successful so far. Only with support of smartmoto and smartclip, or Ultima Box. TP on its own was a no go so far. Some random success stories, never could be confirmed.

Or RockerBox or Mssbox2... but they all have one thing in common... "box" lol.

But yeah, nobody ever was able to confirm daha2002's claim. dohs said he did, but then he later forgot he said that, lol.

Yes subsidy code is the absolute best possible unlock method. AT&T is the best carrier out there for this. As long as your a good standing customer and had service for atleast three months all you have to do is call and ask. No explainations or reasons are required by them. The phone also has to be an original AT&T purchased phone. (was sold to AT&T by motorola) So that AT&T will have code in their data base.
