Motorola V3re and multi problems

My sister got a razor V3re off of ebay a few months ago and it seemed fine.(It's a AT&T phone) But then she tried to take pictures and she can get only 5 at the most! It says it has only 4761 TOTAL FREE SPACE????Then the clock only has 24 hr time or the analog clock? Is there any Flash/monster pack for this phone? I have read a few posts on this phone and am confused! Whatsa fimeware upgrade? ANd a Flex flash?If you need any mor info I'll be glad to help! Oh and one more thing. What program should I use to "OPEN" the phone? P2k? Bitpim? I did the funlights for her once,thought with bitpim but now I can't get it to recognise it??

v3 only has about 8mb of space minus motorolas default video demo . clock can be analalogue / digital . as well as 12 / 24 hours . just turn off the auto update clock in settings then you can manually change the date/ time . These type of questions can be found if you grab the PDF manual . If you are asking these basic questions id RTFM! first :)

first post your s/w version elze we cannot say the right flash pack for your phone.
To obtain your s/w version, go to
settings -> phone status -> s/w version :)
OR
press * # and red button altogether for sometime and a black screen will appear showing you bootloader version and s/w version.
GRAB it and post it here :)

Sorry about the the basic questions for this phone. If it was the V3a..no problem.. But this phone is kinda different.As for the "free space" I meant that was the "TOTAL" OF all THE SPACE SHE HAS ON HER PHONE.(my V3a had like 1000 times that space and it's the biggest POS V3 mototrols ever made!)She had the same phone before and it has like 40 ringtones-25-30 pics/vids and STILL had like 5 times more space? I'll get th sw version later and put it on here. And the "RTFM" don't help. I read it like it was the bible. It shows how to go from analoge to digital but not how to change the digital time from 24hr??

if it is a V3re then the software will start with:
R3442A
if not then its a different model of the Razr. ive never heard of the V3a, but i think it has a Memory card slot, no?

Haha, the V3a has more memory. I'm not sure why you think V3a is the worst, but now you know, lol.

I have 2 V3re's with 2 problems. (R3442A)

Phone #1. You can hear them but they cannot hear you. Where's the microphone on this model? What is the problem here?

Phone #2. After power on, you can hear all these noises blah blah blah but nothing on the screen. I tried to put the board on my friends working phone. Still nothing. Power off and put local sim. Power on and dial and it works fine but sill nothing on the screen. Screen can only pop when you power up in bootloader/flash mode What is the problem here?
