Help with Mexplorer?

Sorry to bother anyone, but if I could have some help that would be awesome.

Seems like my V3re won't connect to M-explorer. And the readme seemed completely wrong in the v3re patch. I had none of the folders nor could I could actually complete half the tasks demanded.

Can anyone help?

You probably are using Vista as an OS. Run it as an administrator.

And the readme is by the guy who wrote the patch. It's correct, lol.
