yep, but first please post the s/w version of your phone.

for regular p2k phones, consult the Seem Map in the guides section. look through the seem list to find which one controls the number of messages allowd:)

i think you are storing messages in SIM. :)
Though post us your s/w version elze it will be like target in dark.
