Need Help Unlocking Razr V3

i have followed teh guide for unlocking a motorola razr v3 R_374 and after it says that it is successful i put in my tmobile sim card and then it says enter subsidy code. can anyone help me with what i need to do next?

EDIT: never mind i gave up. restored phone to original bootloader.
