I'm trying to flash my phone and after I installed the handset drivers and plugged it into the front of the computer it said Unable to Charge then I plugged it into the back of the computer and it started charging and the computer installed some drivers for it.... it only did that once and I got a phone call and ever since it won't go into charging mode, so I can't interface with it. It connects in bootloader mode... On the motorola website it says its because it's not a motorola data cable (what bs?) i bought one off amazon anyways..... If it is a battery issue I have one on the way also....

there has been reported problems connecting on a laptop. otherwise it could be a usb problem on your computer. i had this problm before. it turns out the usb on the mobo just crapped out which affects all ports.
hope you work it out buddy:)
