You need to download PST and P2K Commander before following the steps. For the Verizon model, all you need to do is open up PST, minimize it, open up P2K Commander, select on the left side "P2K Mobile Phone" from the clickdownable list, go to a/mobile/, and copy your own custom 96x80 pixel size image to the left side. Close the programs and unplug your phone, restarting it.
