Hello and welcome to MMM. Your phone is the newest version of the Razr v3 without memory card. Its the v3re or v3_06, The closest relative so far is the v3r, so I moved this thread to the v3r section. Have a look around, some information has been gained already.

I believe your phone is a V3re. To be sure - these two apps will show the correct model after phone connection via USB:

1) RSD Lite 3.4
2) P2K Tools VS v3
