i have tried to flash my v3 with mod monster packs found in themotoguide.com, the problem was i did not backed up my flash and my v3 does not boot anymore.. :(

after flashing, RSD Lite says to manually reboot phone.. then i cannot turn on my phone anymore..

when i used RSD Lite v3.5 again, it detects my v3 as S-Blank. What are the things I should do to make my v3 alive again?? Please help anyone.. Im a noob and a new member of this modmymoto forum.. ty

More information - what "monster pack" file did you try to flash with RSD Lite ?

they both display at the end of flashing to "manually reboot phone" but only the keypads lights up

3rd:

im planning to flash with this:

R374_G_0E.40.30I_GNPO_11_RFDI_PDS002_LP0003_DRM000 1_GMMV3xx000AA019_GNPO_image.shx

think it will fix my v3?? :((

Connect the phone to the computer. Restart the phone in "boot mode" by pressing * # and the power button. Reflash with a Cingular Monster Pack (UNMODDED !). That should clear up the problem.

Keep this in mind:
bl_826-828_to_07d0_for_V3_by_Archy.V2.shx
This one is just the Bootloader, not a full MP really.

R374_G_0E.40.30I_GNPO_11_RFDI_PDS002_LP0003_DRM000 1_GMMV3xx000AA019_GNPO_image.shx
This is a RFDI Image. You have to flash this, only when your PDS is corrupted. After flashing this thingy, you have to do a TestPoint and repair the PDS.


This was just to clarify things up.

another thing to concider... is it a true V3 (R374) or is it another model like V3R or V3I.. just a thought.

First things first...Forcing bootloader by powering on while pressing # and * and tell us what it says. From one of your post it seems as though you have a brick on your hands. Assuming you have a V3, i found a thread were dumba helped someone in a situation really close to yours...and because its so late and im beat im gonna link you to it cause theres not much more that can be done until you find out what type of phone you have and read the other thread...so without farther ado...

i had a pro celfone technician do a test point on my v3.. at the end, its dead.. he said that the flash IC was the problem.. and no further repair could be done..

i think flashing/flexing is only valid for original motorola products. i bought mine as a reconditioned one.. many of these "recon" are sold here at phils..

anyways, im happy to know that this forum is alive and that many members really help the noobs like me :)

do a testpoint yourself with p2k ez tools and see what u come up with
