Ok, I just got mine in the mail, popped it in my v3x, full recognition immediately. It also came with the SD adapter (if that matters). I'm copying music to it right now.

Well, I can't say that my v3x will replace my ipod (the sound just isn't as good), but the gig card is awesome for the camera and games and ringtones. :)
