Rsd lite question,Not a site request general?

I downloaded rsd lite 3.2 &3.9 i opened up the 3.2 and windows firewall poped up and said it blocked some of the features unless i clicked ok.Was this what i was suppose to do? All that shows up is this is the
IMEI
TECHNOLOGY
S/W VERSION
BOOTLOADER SAYS N/A
DRM
BOND SIGNATURE
Is this all it is suppose to say or is there some other stuff? Also which one should i use?

u did the right thing windows firewall protects against mosnt non microsoft branded programs it is nothign to worry about
