Big problem after flash&backup froze. Help!

Ok, so I'm trying to send the "got noob" MP to my phone with flash&backup.... When the program froze. Now when I plug in my phone to the usb port it says " USB device not recogonized" Please help... I have no idea what to do next. the phones keypad lights up but that's it.

did you make a backup of your phone first?

Yes, I backed up my phone. BUT, I can't connect because of the USB problem.

Put the phone in bootloader mode and see if flash backup reconizes it. Then flash it with your backup

Find yourself RSD lite, it is the best to flash your phone with.

Ok, well I can't tell if it's in bootloader mode, Black screen ...... Also when connected rds lite does not see the phone nor does flash and backup. Any other ideas?

Ok, well I guess I could try my hand at testpointing. Could someone give me a step by step on what to do and what programs I'll need to have ready to upload to the phone? I read the testpoint to unlock the phone but it don't mention how to bring it back from being a brick.

Hello, First make sure that your Battery is still holding power. Your symptoms are often encountered with a flat bat. eg. keypad lights up but black screen and not discovered by any program. Then when you are sure that your Battery is tested and alright in someone elses phone, get into bootloader by pressing # and * simultaneously and then while keeping those buttons pressed press also "power on". Ask for help if you need extra fingers to do that. Then see if RSD recognises the LTE phone as S.Blank or S-Flash neptune. Then tell us about it, :thumbsup:

Ok, My battery is tested good and when I plug the phone in with RDSlite open my computer says "USB device not recogonized" And rds shows nothing.

Reinstall the drivers. RSD will always see the phone if it is there, once the drivers are correct.

Which drivers? Also what version of rds? I have so many programs for this phone it's crazy.:confused:

the ones in the downloads section, there are two types of p2k drivers, try installing either one and testing them out to see if it works with either one.. as for RSD lite version 3.0 or higher
