You will need to match the ramdlr with V3re, which we don't have, or know yet. Otherwise you get checksumerror at the best, or PDS damage as 98exploder did. The more I hear, the less similarities I find with the regular v3r.
.
@98exploder: Let us know how you do the PDS repair, and how it goes, please.

im sure i will get stupid and try a pds repair with p2k easy tool and try to convert it to a v3r. lol
if that doesnt work, it will sit until got supports it or i will send it to a buddy with a smart clip. ;) btw i was trying to make my own drm by splitting with fb3 (more accurate) and using 3g drm to extract gifs, replace, and recompile. it didnt go well at all.

Ihave been trying to change the DRM no matter what program I use to decompile recompile. 3G DRM, DRMport, SHXcodec. Nothing seems to work, I get the same thing as 98xploder. But I then upload my backup and everything is fine. So it should be safe to play around with if someone can get it working. I think it has some kind of check on the file size of the DRM, I'm going to do some more experimenting tonight.

i guess maybe trying to blank out some of the unused gifs to keep the size down might work..

Ahhhh haaa, you can colorize the DRM icons, which keeps the icon size the same number of bytes. So maybe we can make images with the same bytes. BTW I used drmport v034, just hit cancel on the second prompt for isons to replace with, went into the drmport folder where the icons are extracted, and I colorized the battery icons in Gimp Shop.

Hi TJ - I'm willing to try this. Is the only thing I have to do is flash this as CG15?

I spent 3 hours trying to unlock a V3re with a SmartClip, and another 3 hours finding a flash file in. SHX to get it to start back up

I have a TP button and a SmartClip. The button will make the phone blank, but the moment anything gets done to it, it loses it's blank and I recieve IO timeout. Similar to what was happening to me with L9, which makes sense since they are both ROM4 based phones.

I have tried powering it with both the battery and from USB, but results are the same. I thought of removing the shield to do the REAL TP and not use the button, but that was how i did L9 and it still wouldnt stay blank. The only thing I haven't tried yet, it getting a smartclip-approved SmartTestPoint cable, and having the TP applied throughout the entire process....

The phone eluded me so many times that I just traded the lady another V3r unlocked, so I can have the V3re to play with some more.... Shield is coming off tommorow, so I'll post my results.
