It's in the downloads section. The AT&T branded stock.

Hey Blazeb1989 and unfaced I just completed a flash of the stock at&t, V3re_R3442A_G_0E43.08R, file to my phone. I have full signal strenght and make and recieve calls just fine. Have you messed with battery and sim card l8tly? Maybe try taking out sim and reinserting.
Did you try:
thelaxplaya7's suggestion about checking the bands under the network settings to make sure that it is on the right setting? Automatic is what it should be set on.
Try flashing with a different mp just to see if sig is affected. Le us know how it goes.

No messing with the battery. I've tried many different SIM cards... nothing.
The only option under the network section IS automatic.
And I've tried a few different MPs and still... nothing.
I've read a couple other threads where people try and put on a custom startup & shutdown sound/animation, and from that suddenly lose there reception. I'm thinking maybe there's a seem somewhere that'll change it all back to normal.

But flashing to stock should have solved that problem...

That's what I thought, but to no avail.
Here's where it all started. I was fixing the V3re for my sister. In p2k Commander, there's an option up top where you can write or unwrite different seems to the phone. All the popular ones at least. It's under "functions". Towards the bottom, there's an option to give it all the bandwidth options. There's 4. Only 3 were selected so I chose the 4th option also. I did the same on a V3r for my girlfriend and it did the same thing. So I realized it didn't like that and I clicked off that option on both phones. It worked for my girlfriend's phone but not my sister's. So I did the reflash to my sister's and still no signal.
Hope any of that info helps.

Agreed Danation. Let me check into the seem thing..... I remember seeing something in P2K Commander about tower settings, cell sticker, some settings that pertain to signal and tower settings. I'll post when I find something may not be untill tomorrow.

I'll see if I can dig anything up.... but flashing to stock should have helped.
And if you tried more than one SIM, that's pretty odd.

I'll do some research when I can. I'm at work, so it may be later tonight or tomorrow, but I'll see if I can dig anything up on it.
I'll let you know what I can find :)

I am not finding a ton of useful information, but there's some.
Here are the most useful threads I've found. I really don't know if they will work, but you can give them a shot.
Here are some good things to check first:

Here's a very very interesting thread that you may consider checking out, particularly the second post:
http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=230011
Another interesing thread. It discusses PDS repair, which is an interesting idea. I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know how to do it, but it's a good idea. If I were going to try anything, I'd try that second thread, and if it didn't work, I'd look into trying the PDS repair idea.

Here's an old thread about a similar issue to yours:
http://modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57126
Here's one that started promising, but ended in weird things like "I flashed the flex from an unlocked phone and it unlocked my phone!" which is incorrect. But perhaps the first part could work.... I dunno.

Here's a thread that's not super useful, but has a couple of interesting tidbits:

Try some of these and let us know what happens.

Thanks Danation after reading the first post I remembered we all had the same issue at one time or the other, and tech advised same thing. Wife reminded me that one of phones we had to get a new sim for to resolve signal issue. Dont remember this but I said ok cause you nevr argue with the better half, it can make life lonely. (if you know what I mean) LOL
Also unfaced I searched seems and could'nt find any seem related to signal strength in my printed version. I didnt see your post there when I was writing mine about p2k comm. Now I do so we must have been posting at the same time earlier. I thought there was seems in there relating to this issue. Still working on it for ya and try looking at Danation's links, might help.
