is there any way to downgrade this bootloader yet?

I was wondering the same thing, I would rather have an old version, cause it's he11 trying to mod this thing.

nope. this phone is very new. not even supported by got moto yet.

How about just establishing a USB connection? The latest MPT won't work, and the only way my Xp PC recognizes the phone is when put it into data transfer mode.

I had good luck connecting my T-Mobile V3Re with the same SW you have by using P2KCommander V-4.9E combined with the latest MPT release I could find. Sometimes have to experiment with combination of running P2k apps in a different order, maybe sometimes have to un-plug and reconnect, etc.. but always able to get P2K connection up with enough finageling!!

Like the others said this phone is very new. As far as I've seen so far 0C.C1 is the one and only bootloader that even exists.
