Hi I cannot find any software to use in my new V3re black, can someone tell me which is the software that i need for Skins, flashbackup, where some flash or flex for this products??

Hello and welcome, have a look through the other threads in this section. Most which deal with the v3re are named so in the title. A lot of info has been compiled so far but no real Guide has been written yet. :)

jmpadros - the v3re is still being explored... the main issue is that the file structure is different from other V3 phones. We have yet to find an application that allows access to all the files in the root drive /a/.

Users on this forum have done some modding of their v3re phones over the last month or so. Tell us what you'd like to do, and we can help you.

First step: Make a backup using FB3 !! Since this phone's software is new - you WILL make mistakes. (but that's how the community learns!)

Hi, use P2KCommander 4.9E (http://s5vi.vxxxstuff.com/commander/P2kCommander-V4.9.E.zip)to manage your files, and Flash&Backup (http://www.motorola-tools.com/download.php?get=fb3install)to flash and backup your phone!!

Man, can you make a backup of your phone and send to me?
I want to upgrade my phone with the new version of firmWare and Flex.

the p2k seems to be workin but i can see in the window at the bottom " usb time out - io" plus it slows de program, slowed p2kadvanced editor too...

all i'm tryin to do is get the unlock code from it... pressure

i was trying to have some fun with my v3re and i deleted all the skins.i got a black and white screen i connected my phone to my usb cable to put a mp and rsd is not recognizing it .what i can do now ?

Well, does your battery have a full charge? If not, can you borrow another?

What does RSD Lite say? Nothing at all? How about P2kTools or F&B3?

Have you tried pressing * and # while pressing the on button to try loading in bootloader mode? Or if that doesn't work, hold * and # while putting in the battery. Can you get to bootloader mode? Does RSD Lite recognize it then?

Try that stuff and get back to us.

Try using mexplorer. If your able to access the skins folder with it I can send you the stock Alkili skin which must remain on your phone no matter what other skins you put on or take off.
