I was using flash & backup 3 on my v3 razr and right about now all the phone does is light up the keypad it won't even turn off somebody help me PLEEEEASE

I am great with software and hardware for computers I'm new to the cell manipulation.

sounds like a brick, do you have a full backup??? What were you flashing to get this??? also whats yer phone info... Bootloader, SW version....

did you make a backup? find a copy of rsd lite (don't ask for it, it's warez so you'll have to find it on your own) start your phone in bootloader mode (* + # + power) if the screen is black that's probably ok.. probably just bl 7.d0 or 7.e0.. and let us know if rsd sees the phone as "s blank neptune" or "s flash neptune"

try starting in boot mode and connection to rsd lite. see if it shows as s-blank or s-flash. i personally HATE flash&backup. find yourself a copy of rsd lite. it works MUCH better! i had f&b freeze on me in the middle of a flash and bick my phone so now i don't trust it at all.

ok 2 questions...
1. when you try to turn on in bootloader do the keys light up for a second?
2. are you trying to see the phone using flash&backup?

i ask because like i said previously there are a couple of older bootloaders that sometimes just show as a black screen. and if you're using flash&backup and the phone pds is blank it may not be able to see it. you really need rsd lite to know fully if it can be found.

have you tried removing the battery and leaving it off for about, i dunno lets say 5-10 min. and try to start in bootloader mode * & # and then press power, see what happenes. i hope you have a back up, or just flash a stockmp..

just so you know, you can't flash any mp, it has to be compaitble with your BL and SW.
