Need Help

I followed the guide Successful v3re Change Startup Shutdown Animation and run into an issue. The power~down mp3 and gif work fine as well as the custwakeup gif but the Cust_Start~up mp3 is not working. As stated above I followed the instructions within the Tut. Any and all Suggs and help is greatly appreciated.

when u copy the file into your phone make sure u change the attributes to system
