mma_ucp is your menu file its already in your fone but if you would like to install a 12 item mma_ucp just use p2ktools or p2kman its pretty easy

Let me give you a very important advice, don't you ever mess around or delete file name mma_ucp / mma_dcp, if you want to install a skin, download a skin that only provide the install file..ok..!!
