Help backing up V3re

I'm having trouble backing up my phone. It's a v3re R3422a. I downloaded flash and backup 3.06 and keep getting error messages when I try to back it up.

I'm interested in doing the motospeed mod, but I want to back up first, plus, I can't download CG15 DRM because I keep getting errors. Maybe I'm not using the right profile for my phone?

Any help is appreciated.
