I'm having problems with my relatively new razr v3. I try to access any of the multimedia options and all that comes up is the please wait screen and after waiting 5-10 minutes it just goes away. i tried a master clear once and it worked, i tried it a few more times but it didnt work again. Help please? Thanks :)

Ooops. To help you we would have to know which RAZR you got. It doesn't sound like an old v3 r374. please tell us your software or any other details and we can direct you in the right section, :thumbsup:

I will move this thread to v3r where we discuss the v3re or v3_06, which is what your phone is called. Allready lots of information about the v3re has been put together, have a look around the v3r section. Someone might know already the answer to your problem, give it a little while for the other v3re user to read this. Thanks.

check if its still under warranty, im pretty sure it is and you can send it back to moto and they will fix it/replace it for you

i think it may have gotten wet not long after it was aquired and i'm pretty sure that voids the warranty on it...after the phone dried off it worked fine for a long time, then all of a sudden this started happening.
