Can you enable the 850 band on all motorola phones including the rokr by editing the seems?

I think this might be the seem edit - taken from xlr8's seem map
Might want to double check it Here (http://e398essentials.wikispaces.com/SEEM+MAP+i398)
Also that is for an e398 sooo for a rokr I'm not 100% sure
=SEEM 0025_0001
all offsets are HEX
no bit manipulation here, just change the actual value in the offset
offset 00
- 09 for Settings > Network > Network Setup > Band > Automatic ; 1900 ; 900/1800 ;
- 0B for Settings > Network > Network Setup > Band > Automatic ; 850/1900 ; 900/1800 ;
- 0C for Settings > Network > Network Setup > Band > Automatic ; 850/1900 ; 1800 ;
- 0D for Settings > Network > Network Setup > Band > Automatic ; 900 ; 850/1900 ;

This has worked for me with e398, E1, and V3:

Worked successfully on over a dozen phones for friends.

Sounds like the operator made sure it wouldn't but with another firmware it'll work :)
