I have a L7c which I just bought a 1gb MicroSD card for, the phone shows the card and seams to formats it fine. however I can't seam to copy, or put anything on the card correctly. if I copy a mp3 to it, just won't play... if I select it as my storage device on my camera, and take pictures I get mixed results, such as only half the picture shows, all blue picture, phone says picture is corrupt, or freezes the phone for a min and doesnt save picture at all.

Another thing weird after you format it the phone asks if you want to relabel it, if you select yes, it doesnt matter what you type in it always labels it 'T-Flash'..

any help would be great, thanx!

I would try to format the card first. I believe there's a way to have the phone itself format the card, but Village Idiot will have to fill you in on that since I don't actually have a V3m

I have format it using the phone a few times, would be nice if the phone had a function to test the card in some form... and its a model L7c - US Cellular

Wow, you might consider taking the phone to the store and tell 'em what's up. maybe they can try your card in a different phone, or try a different card in your phone. those are some pretty strange problems. USCC is pretty good about stuff like that

I agree, test your components individually to track down the problem. If your memory card came with an adapter to use with a full size card reader, hook it up to your pc and see if you can move files to it and back, see if they are corrupted, etc. you could also try formatting it on your pc if you can get it hooked up to it. if that works then i would put it in the phone, format it with the phone, and try again. If it works in another phone, or with your pc, then I would suspect the problem lies with the phone in some way. i dont have a card for mine yet, getting one later today, might be able to help more later after i play with it.

yeah most have multi card readers. you can buy a USB one for 10-20 bucks at a store. They're very helpful and probably quicker than using your phone anyway
