Unlock Motorola C168i

I have a Moto C168i from AT&T and need to use it with a service provider outside the USA, How can I unlock this phone?, when I insert the VIVO Chip (Brazilian Telefonica) it asks for a PIN, and when I insert the AT&T Chip it works fine.
Any help will be appreciated.
