help p2k drivers for v3re

hi all, one week ago i buy a motorola v3 razr, now i want to conect with p2k tools to upload a theme or ...., but when i connect the phone via usb cable and ask for drivers i point to p2k drivers but i`ts sey `cannot install this hardware` i believe the phone i`ts v3 re, if sombody can help me...

Thanks, i install this driver i`ts workin and recognize the phone, after that i try to conect to phone with P2kCommander or p2k tools but i`ts don`t workin i`ts sey this message `USB IO TIME-OUT/DATA WRITE FAIL/0 FILES FOUND/... maiby i must flex or flash the phone?
