would like to unlock V3 and upgrade to 8.26??

I have V3 with bootl problem so I flash mine from R374_G_0E.42.09R to version: R374_G_0E.42.10R.shx
Flex Version: GSMV3xxT677GA164
BOOT0826
Language Pack: 0039
1 - I would like to unlock the fone and to do that I need to downgrade to bootloader 7.D0. Can I upgrade back to Bootloader 8.26 S/W R374_G_0E.42.10R after unlock.???
2 - My fone now is showing the time in military mode (20:00 instead of 8:00 PM) I would like to change to AM/PM and I don't know how.

yes u can flash back to bl 8.26, and go to personalize initial setup, date and time and if auto update is on turn it off change the clock to 12 hr and then go back and turn autoupdate on again

The higher the bootloader, the more securities there are...and the less modding you can do.

I've noticed that sometimes things don't flash correctly with the lower boot loader. I had to upgrade back to BL 08.26 in order to get a language pack to flash correctly that I wanted.

The 07.D0 has, let's say, more vulnerabilities, making it easier to Mod.
Other than that, there's no noticeable differences.
