how do i install drivers on a w490

im new 2 all this how do i install the drivers for my tmobile w490 phone i cant seem to get it working

The link takes you to MotoDev. You can sign up for free, then download the driver file from there. (It should be either an .exe or .msi file; I can't recall right now.)

Double-click the file after it downloads, let it install, reboot the PC, then connect the phone. Drivers will load as programs need them. This driver set will work with Motorola Phone Tools, RSD Lite, and the various P2K modding programs.
