Have a look in the guides, back up all your private infio you still need and flash a MP to outrule software failure. If that doesn't clear the screen, its hardware related.

Trouble occures when the wrong software is used or the wrong softwareversion. Make sure your phones software is r374 and make sure to use the right driverset from motodev (link in the download section under software), use the newest available unrar or unzip program you can find and use a good USB cable plugged directly into the back USB ports of your PC. That way you are fine to go.
