iTunes and MediaMonkey

So I tried switching back and forth between iTunes and MediaMonkey, and now none of the songs will play on the L7. They will show up on the playlist and there is the album art, but nothing will play. When I tried to load the songs on the phone over again, I'm experiencing the same problem. Could it be a problem with the microSD's memory? Is there a way to reset it so that my songs will work again when I load them onto the phone? I would greatly appreciate some help. I've been tampering with it for so long and now I can't play any music that I have.

Rebuild iTunes DB with mototunes, and wait till mediamonkey's developer releases a stable version of the plugin..

How do I rebuild the iTunes DB with motoTunes? Just click "Update Mobile"?

I think that's the best we can do right now... I hope the maker of MediaMonkey makes it easier to sync with the TF card since it's faster than actually connecting the phone.
