Does moto4lin and Kmobile tools work with CDMA phones, like the V3c/V3m/L7c/K1m???

To my understanding no. I think there is slight momentum in getting moto4lin going though. BitPim seems to work with CDMA. -Digitol-

i have not tried it as i do not have a cdma phone but i dont see why not with a few tweaks..
