P2k not connecting when i plug phone in

Hey there, still rather new to this so bear with me pls.

I've flashed my phone using Yuetblogs flash - and just want to make a couple of alterations.

I have followed guide for seem editing though when i open p2k and load from phone nothing happens and in the bottom corner p2k stays as disconnected?

Do i have to direct the phone to p2k or any other ideas??

Be Sure To Set Your USB Phone settings to DATA/Fax Connection

And if you are trying to use iTunes Again well switch it back
