View Full Version : Best Monster Pack for unlocked r4513

Hey guys,

i have a L7 with r4513_g_08.b7.dcr_rb on it. Bought it from an unlocked phone dealer. It has some quirks like after listening to voicemails, it recieves a text with the roam triangle and and @ sign. No clue as to what that means.

That being said, I want to flash it to the best version for cingular use. Im not sure of which is the way to go so any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just upload the modded seem 0032_0001 (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=1534) and the Cingular websession (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=758). You'll like the results.
That'll be a good beginning.

Hello!

Will the modded Seem 0032_0001 Change the right and left softkeys Menu buttons too? example i have the Vodaphone branded monsterpack, the Select and Back/Exit buttons of switched if you know waht i mean ( kinda confusing when i'm using another phone)

Yes, the Vodafone soft keys are switched.

You cannot flash #R4513 to #R4517

@ Art2d2tx i love the modded seem, gave me a lot of New Features Like Video recording styles and so on. But i didn't get the right and left softkeys editable in Homekeys Menu. do i have to do th Seem Edit? i really need to get rid of the vodafone live

i first tried dark and sity5 it was good bu i was looking for a monsterpack tht
alows us to use ringtones frm mem card thn i found red slvr monsterpack its great man

i currently using unbranded Red Slvr MP it works perfectly, ringtone from tranaflash, im rockin to me favourite songs when my phone rings or or i receive a message

I have a unbranded L7 with s/w version that goes R4513_G_08.B7.DCR_RB. I wanted to know which update is best for my phone....i wd like to have ringtones from tranflash n all...but since i'm staying in India...no Vodaphone or Cingular specific networks exist...it it okay to flash my phone with the red slvr flash pack...??? thankx....

You can go back to your previous firmware as long as you have a copy of it.

emm... what do you mean by "if your firmware ends with AER, thats where the problem starts" is that mean if mine not DCR but AER..I got problem for using the Red slvr MP?

The AER firmware doesn't allow anything else to be flashed on to the phone except for another copy of the AER firmware.

So if you currently have AER on your phone, it will refuse to flash to the Red SLVR firmware.

Oh? ok. Then if I want to use the Red MP I have to backup my firware first before installing it...? Ugh... I need to learn about that...

why not make your own mp? i've done all the mods on my phone and it gives much satisfaction to have my phone working like i want it to. the best thing is, i know what mods are on my phone.... don't have to ask what's new in it.... lol

ahaha! Really want to do that.. But right now I'm having trouble to just install skins and games to my phone. Never successed in installing new games using MotoMidman....eheh. ^_^;;
