help flashing

ok so im trying to do a reflash, using flash and backup 3. it starts doing its thing then all of a sudden the phone disconects and reconects :angry: tried it many times over but still the same.
i got myself RSD lite 3.3 and it does the same thing. so now im stuck with a bricked phone. does anybody know how to fix this?

try a different usb port . .

yep, use at the back of your CPU not the front. also, use RSD Lite 3.0. much stable.
