K1 keeps restarting... =(

I've got a K1 that randomly decided to just keep restarting, and now I can't do anything about it.

I am able to hold * and # and get to the Boot Loader screen. (0A.B2.)

I don't know what else I can try... I managed to make a full backup, but what really bothers me is that I've had this phone working for quite some time, (a few months) and now it's just started this. Anybody have any advice?

i've tried flashing a couple different packs onto it, and they do the same...

only now, it restarts like 15 times, then stays on.

this is the worst.
