Should work fine if you can flash anything to your phone... its just like any other flash.

I have a Cingular SLVR L7,

I get a critical error 84 on the screen of my phone every time I try to flash, and it comes out seemingly unchanged.

I don't want to try flashing any MPs until something as small as a DRM icon set is flashable.

If you are getting a critical error, than you won't be able to flash anything yet under OS X or Linux. We're still not sure what precisely is the issue causing that, so you will have to use Windows to flash for now.

It's a bug or lack of code in the flasher which doesn't seem to handle (match) the type of jump offset of Lte2-based phones.
