Hi I Wanna Kno Is There Any Thems Or Skins 4 The L7c I Got A Cricket Phone And I Got Mobile Phone Tools 4 And It Works On My Cell Phone Good But I Was Wonderin If There Was Any Skins Or Themes 4 It And If So how Do U Install Them Please HELP Me Out Im Stuck.:post:

Be very careful, I installed a skin that did not work, very difficult to get back to normal

do u have 2 have a L7c skin or can u get a L7 or L8 skin or L6 and u looked in the skins tut.. and all i saw was L7 /L8 and L6 tuts... nothin 4 L7c

Because the L7c is a CDMA phone and the L7, L8 and the L6 are GSM phones. Different technology.
Don't quote me on this but I think the V3c skins will work the same. The big difference is that the L7c along with the K1m Krzr are Mp3 player enabled phones. So there are some differences in the skins. Be careful on what you skin with because the V3c skins do not support the Mp3 player. Most people have reported that the when the mp3 player is activated on a K1m with a V3c skin enabled that the phone will default back to the last stock skin that was used while the mp3 player is active and then revert to the V3c skin when the mp3 player is shut off.

What skin are you using?

"Black as Moto" is the skin I tried. I did not try anymore because you need Bitpim to completly delete the folder from the phone. I still can't connect to Bitpim. I am connected to everything else except Bitpim. My computer may be self aware. LOL

Yes, Black as moto skin has that problem that you can't see what you are typing. I have it on my phone and I have the same problem.

Make sure that the phone is in modem mode for BitPim.

In other words unplug the USB from the phone, Restart the PC, Start BitPim, Then connect the phone and find it in BitPim. BitPim uses the modem connection in the phone to talk to it.

Restarting the PC will disable all the data connections that are set up to connect the phone to the other stuff like MSU and PST and P2k commander.

Not only what I am typing, I can't see anything. It was pure luck that I managed to get back to a stock skin.

so you have a blank/black screen when selected. All you see is the very top row, right? That means the Black as moto skin is corrupted. Use BitPim to delete it.

Hi Village,

I just tried to follow your steps on my cricket slvt l7c and have a black screen as well. I can access the mp3 player only by memory, but the rest of the the menu options I cannot see (AAARRGH!!) I tried using BITPIM but it does recofnize my phone nor is it listed. Is there any way to do a master reset?? I also deleted the skin thru pkcommander 3.2.2 , but I still show a black screen.. HELP!!!:hissyfit:
