Stuck in middle of bootloader downgrade! need fast help please.

Okay, sorry but, after reading for hours Ive started my first step. Pathetically, Im stuck already.
I THOUGHT I installed the correct drivers for my V3 with
( bootloader 8.26 , Sw ver R374_G_0E.42.09R:) to communicate USB with Scotty2 downgrader, to install Bootloader 07.DO.
Which drivers do I use for this? Because, I am stuck , hooked up to USB, with Scotty2 open and it says "Waiting for phone". And the hardware wizard popped open again!
In my device manager the phone is seen as...
Motorola USB device, underneath with a yellow exclamation beside it is...S Flash Neptune Lite ?!
What now?

When the new device wizard pops up, thats a GOOD thing. You want to install the new device with the P2k drivers, do NOT have windows autosearch for the driver. :D You're still ok.
