guys i installed the stock moto flex

and my inbox can't save more msgs

my first flex is cingular now

i'm worried that if i put back the

cingular flex the phone myt get

locked to cingular again and can't

use other sim cards

If you want a Cingular flex, then flash a Cingular MP, but if it's locked it will lock your phone. Unlocking is not a difficult process for this phone though.

If you are using a non-modded flex right now, try a master reset before flashing. Also you could try cleaning up all the messages first.

How many will it hold for you? I am using a V3 right now also, and it fills up quickly for me also.... Just one of those V3 drawbacks....

There is a seem edit to hold maximum, but I think I remember something about 50 is the most, after it gets instable.

Are you referring to the Seem edit to enable the option to choose SIM or Phone storage, then selecting Phone, or is it another one?

when im still wid the cingular flex

i can save up hundred or less

but now i can store 30 to 34 msgs only

so it means i need to use p2k to open it

but i'm not that good in seem editing guys

im a bit scared even i love moto modding so much

i use p2k tools vs and checked my

hidden settings

i unchecked the sms storage

(0 for fone , 1 for sim)

now i tried it

and can store to 50 up

msgs thanks guys :thumbsup:
