i do but wen i copy the files to the memory not all of them show up on my phone..
Did you let the phone format the card? Which directory did you copy the files too? When you start the mp3 player is it asking to sarch for files?

Well i saved them to motorola folder... yes it asks to search but there not all there..
I have my music in "\motorola\shared\audio". The player will find them.

same problem here, ANYONE?
If some of the music is showing and some is not it may be a compatibility problem with specific mp3s. Long file names, really high bit rates etc.

You can always download songs from the phone's internet. Good, free places are... waptrick and wapos. I can't think of the addresses right now (Google) but hope this helps someone. Plus the files are always much smaller if you get them through a wapsite.

cricket dont have internet, thier "web browser" aint even a web browser, its just a more complicated version of cricket clicks except the so-called "web browser" dont allow you to hear/see samples b4 you buy.... my opinion both = waste of money with their shitty sounding ringtones and wallpapers they make you pay $3 for.... do what i did "The Smart Thing" and buy a usb cord install it on your PC(if you dont have bluetooth on your PC) and get "FREE" ringtones, wallpapers, and install some sweetass skins, gif, and sounds... my L7c is now truly "Unique" no other phone is like it.....
free sites to get wallpapers, mobinations.com[Russian site so will need translation so google mobinations for a translator ] i get most of my wallapers from there they got the sweetest wallpapers
ringtones : nextpimp.com (which i dont use anymore because now i make my own good quality ringtones with my mp3s and mp3 trimmer(for mac)

That's what I thought for the longest time, but if you open the browsers menu and choose Search Web (hotkey 8) or whatever, it takes you to Google. There, you can search for whatever web or wap site you want and it will format it from html to a mobile version. You can choose Type URL too and type in any wapsite.
If you typed in a normal html site like modmymoto.com it won't be formatted for mobile so it'll be really big looking and not have enough memory to make the whole page come up very functionally.
So either type in the URL of a wapsite or go to Google, MSN, or Yahoo and have a normal site formatted.
Try visiting 2wap.org

hmmm OK i didn't know you can do searches, but its still not exactly online the same as regular carriers. with Google and Yahoo which i guess they have a deal with them, you can send and receive emails to those services only i tried, but i see what you are saying only sites that have a mobile version can be seen on cellphones,, THX
the only thing thats actually cool with crickets browser is the Ringback tones, you cant get them without buying mobile web, but the downside is that its only temporary which makes them a waste of money....

dont know what your talkin bout not having mobile web with cricket. i got the l7c with skins and stuff and consider it an easy platform to work with rather than verizon or sprint. I get online and check my mail, perform searches, check my bank account, look at movie times and buy tickets, etc. as far as the music goes, the phone makes a directory structure on the mem card, you put music in the motorola/shared/audio folder and the mp3 player searches it when you run it. or if you go to sounds, go to options and 'switch storage device' to mem card and you can play them from there as well.
i make my own ringtones by opening an mp3 in an audio editor like the one that comes with nero and cut it down to what i want to hear(alsothirty seconds or less in length and max bit rate of 192) then I add a fade in at the begining and a fade out at the end so its not so abrupt when it plays. then save it giving it a short name and as an .mp3. then, put it on the mem card via usb, head over to sounds under mem card and copy it over to the phone mem...or just copy it directly to a/motorola/shared/audio with p2k. then erase the mytones.db from 'a/' directory to force the phone to search and update its tone listing on the phone mem. then restart the phone. Anyways, sorry for the long post. this is posted in guides elsewhere on the site but anyways. hope that helps.

hey, whatever floats your boat bro. i happen to like the service and use it alot for the things i mentioned earlier, but thats just me....all im paying is an extra 5 bucks a month compared to verizon cingular and sprint who all charge an arm and a leg for every single service they offer. I use my phone alot and im thankfull i aint gotta be watchin my minutes or texts or how many kb's ive used for picture messaging. laterz
