v3 respond problem

Help i just flashed flexed my phone then i unlocked it then it started acting wierd. Now when i go to start it it freezes up on the hellomoto screen, The other wierd thing is that it makes the noises

what did you use to unlock it? and what noises are you referring to?

i used p2k easy tools 3.7 and was fine at first and after that i edited the menu with mobile phone tools and after it restarted it will go to the hellomoto screen and make the start up noise then stop it has also not let me boot into programing mode and the backlet keys will sometimes flash

take out the battery,take a deep breath and then put it in as u hold down star,hash and on...if it does not come on try gettin flash backup to turn it to flash mode. Otherwise you need to do a testpoint

yes. bootloader mode as described by nightrainrider. if it can get into bootloader try flashing it with a stock mp. actually first why don't you post your bootloader version so we can try to figure out the best s/w

If it gets to the HelloMoto screen, you can easily put it in BootLoader mode. Turn the phone off, wait a while, hold * and #, and press the Red button for about 4 seconds.
If the screen stays blank, connect it to RSD Lite. It should come up as S-Flash.
Then, flash a Stock MP (http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=1551) (or a premodded one, as you wish)

NOTE: Exactly as Mike said, post your SW and BL versions, just to be sure.
