I have a "Blank Neptune" the cellphone it's on but the screen looks like is off... what can i do??????

first did you downgrade the bootloader to 7.d0? if yes than its typical tht you have a blank screen. Since the phone does connect, flash a pds or a full backup due to the fact that your pds is corrupted. Then continue to work from there.

If you dont have a pds back up or a full backup, than you need to find someone with a smartclip which can repair the PDS; haan here on these forums has one.

yes i did the dwongrade but i can't flash my backup back... when i start to do it the cell turn off (the back up is corrupted?)

What did you use to make ur backup? Was it a fullbackup? Made after the downgrade?

flash backup and i made the downgrade after the backup

the back up may not have a valid backup due to the fact that if i remember correctly, in order to make a non-buggy back up, it requires the 07.d0 boot in the first place.

that happened to me once...I just flashed the .08 BL back to the phone, re flashed the back-up, then downgraded again. After all that and noticed the error of my ways, I then made a current back-up. Then all was copacetic!:banana:
