i tried using every method of unlocking my cingular v3 for tmobile and no progress. i even called cingular

Did you downgrade bootloader and tried with P2K Easy Tool, or scotty downgrader v2? I unlock my with scotty downgrader.

p2k easytools never fails. just get version 3.7 here (www.google.com)

SIM pin? have you set a PUK code on your sim? don't answer the too many times with the wrong password, it destroys your sim.

call your provider and ask, we can not do anything to help you with a sim lock
