...i wrote something similar on the k1 forum but noone answers:

Lets see i get my skins done and my exterior screen no problem,but i wont get my mp3 music work as ringtones,i git p2k commander 3.6.9 and 4.1.1 and alway when i transfer mp3 songs,they never copy compleetly it just stopts,than i look for them as ringtones but they arent there i can just hear them with the mediaplayer,what am i doing wrong?I also tried to fix it at p2k tools but nothing...

Please i need some help!

i don't know muck about the k1... but shouldn't ringtones be in C/mobile/audio..?

my phone get recognized at p2k commander at "a" but onestly i cant see any of my ringtones at a/mobile/audio,must be doing something wrong,just can listem to it on the mediaplayer,but not as ringtone,im getting crazy,it was so easy on my V3,may i have to rename file extencion?(Bare in mind i have no sd card,so it should be my phone what i get listed as "a")

yeah the sd card would be "B"

you have to delete the mp3's from a... upload them again, but change the "a" in "c"... now you will have them in the right place:D

Thanks for taking your time,a comes out as defoult,and i can see al my files,i even checkt all my folders ,but no clue where my ringtones are,,at a/mobile/audio tthere`re 1 folder and 1 file sying something as mp3XXXX.sbl or (xxx for what i dont remember im out from home)and the mp3 file apears in the folder,i can even listen to it at mediaplayer,but no ringtones that I SEE... its really frustrating...

your ringtones are NOT in A/mobile/audio. They are in C/mobile/audio.

your K1 should have 3 folders: A, B, C.

The only files in your a/mobile/audio will probably be your mp3player.

However this issue is really moot since you want to use your mp3's as a ringtone.

Go into the phone (media/sounds) and actually copy the tone fron the t-fash card to the phone. no need to use any apps for this......just within the phone itself :)

Well i`d love to be able to change the icons (menu,clock,batery and signal strengh...,but as far i have read its quit complicated and there no tutos for the K1,and i dont want to break anythink,so ill be fine with my skins and tones,many thanks to all...)
