I posted it under alsitn's Request .
I created a small program (Tato MiniFlex Module) that it creates Flex File that edits only "one" offset without writing all seem, it edits only one offset of the seem.

Thanks on:
- daniclara, LeaderGL (for HS Knowledge Base, only the base it means how to insert a Seem into one HS File, not how to edit only one offset via HS)
How to use
1) Open the tool
2) Compile the Box "Seem" (Write a value like "0032")
3) Compile the Box "Record" (Write a value like "0001")
4) Compile the Box "Offset" (Write a value like "86")
5) Compile Box Bit (Bit Checked = 1 / Bit Unchecked = 0)
6) Click on "Generate" and save the Flex
7) If you want append another mod on file that you generate now, simply check "Insert Another Mod" and repeat the points 2,3,4,5 and click on "Append To HS".
8) Launch the Flex with RSD Lite
How to use "Append To HS"
If you have a HS File generated before and you want insert another Mod into it, simply click on "Append To HS" and all is done.
The good thing is to have 2 Edits into one file, so you don't have to repeat all mods one for one. ;)
I hope you appreciate.
FOR RUNNING IT YOU NEED HAVING MICROSOFT FRAMEWORK 2.0 INSTALLED | I attached my tool
P.S. If you find any wrong words (it is probably because my english is little bad :P)
:mmm:
