L2 Monster Pack Create/Install

I am looking at creating a Monster Pack from my wifes Cingular L2 and installing it on my L2. My L2 was purchased "Unlocked" but unfortunately was originally a PTT phone. The Cingular L2 is not PTT and has more applicable controls and while stock and probably locked serves my needs better. I can not seem to find an existing L2 Monster Pack that would give the same effects. I do not need to save anything off of the target L2, and am willing to make the Pack available as needed. Of course I would appreciate any input from the masses as well. The razer forum had some directions on creating a Monster Pack, will that work on a L2? Is that what I ned to do?

you need to use flashbackup 3 (registered version)

make a backup of one phone and restore that on the other

if the l2 profile is not there you can probably use the l6 profile, i believe the firmware is the same for the two

not 100% positive though so i suggest waiting till someone else chimes in

In the "Guides" section under "Backup it Up" there are pretty detailed instructions on "Creating a Custom MonsterPack from a FlashBackup File". These seem to be made referencing a V3, can they be used for a L2 as well? As previously asked, can this procedure be used to make a exact copy of one L2 (in this case, my wife's Cingular Non-PTT L2) and then load that copy onto another L2 (Unbranded, Unlocked, PTT L2)? Sorry for the dual posts, I had tried to attach the other post near the Guide itself, rookie error I guess.

Ah sorry, wasn't sure what instructions you were talking about, you gave no link. I do not know if SHXCoDec will recognize the phone and produce accurate results. The best way is with FB3 for now.

I did it for ya buddy go to the download section and download the cingular L2 pack note it is locked to cingular. u can use F&B3 as folly said or u could try rsd lite

im not aware about L2 is there any difference L2 with L6?

the flex versions are different if you look at the description for any one of the monster packs in the download section youll see the flex version. GSUL2 is the first five letters/numbers for the L2 phones.
since I have no L6 myself I cant test to see what versions will run on those phones But I have seen other posts from L6 users that had problems using the L2 version

the L2 that you now locked to Cingular are you able to rewrite your old software to it and as a result would you phone now be unlocked?
